Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MilkuLedger Android application ("the App"), published by ZU TECH SOLUTIONS ("we", "us", "developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
MilkuLedger is a digital record-keeping and calculation tool designed for dairy and milk-trade businesses. Features such as the ekoMILKulator and other rate-calculation tools are provided for convenience and reference only.
2. Accuracy of Calculations
The App performs calculations based on values you enter. Any discrepancy in ledger totals, rate calculations, or final payable amounts — whether caused by input error, a bug, or otherwise — is not the legal responsibility of the developer. Always verify totals manually before making or accepting payments based on figures shown in the App.
3. "As Is" Basis & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any financial loss, data loss or corruption, missed payments, or business decisions arising from use of the App. The App is not a substitute for government-certified financial, tax, or auditing software.
4. Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
- You are responsible for keeping regular backups of your data (via the App's Export or Cloud Backup features) — see our Privacy Policy for details on how backups work.
- You are responsible for keeping your device, App Lock PIN, and connected Google account secure.
5. Premium Subscription & Billing
- MilkuLedger offers an optional, auto-renewing Premium subscription (monthly or annual), billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing.
- Pricing is shown in the App and on the Google Play Store listing before purchase, in INR.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can cancel anytime through Google Play (Play Store app → Subscriptions), or via "Manage Subscription" inside the App, which opens Google Play's own management screen. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's own refund policy, not by the developer directly.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future billing periods, with notice provided through the Google Play Store.
6. Advertising
Free-tier use of the App includes advertising served by Google AdMob. Subscribing to Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App in violation of applicable law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our backend services; or misuse the App to defraud any other person or business.
8. Intellectual Property
The MilkuLedger name, logo, and app design are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to backend services (such as Premium verification or Cloud Backup) for any account found to be abusing the service, engaging in fraud, or violating these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
